Toronto’s 9 Story Media Group has secured a number of new international deals for the first and brand-new second season of preschool series Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare.
Children’s and family home entertainment distributor NCircle Entertainment has come on board to distribute season two in North America, while broadcasters Z@pp and Minimini will broadcast the second season in the Netherlands and Poland, respectively.
In addition, JimJam has snapped up season one for EMEA and RTP has picked it up for Portugal.
ABC Kids also recently debuted the 26 x 11-minute second season on August 3 in Australia.
Produced by Australia’s SLR Productions, along with Germany’s KiKA and HR-Hessischer Rundfunk of ARD and ABC Kids, the series currently airs on networks including KiKA and HR/ ARD (Germany), Disney Junior (US, Spain, Italy), ABC Kids (Australia), Nick Jr. (UK and France), TFO and TVO (Canada), Minimax (Central Europe), Minimini (Poland), YLE (Finland), Z@PP (Netherlands), RTVS (Slovenia), Canal Once (Mexico), Hakka TV (Taiwan), TRT (Turkey), Hop! (Israel) and JCC (Middle East).
eOne handles DVD distribution for season one in North America while NBCUniversal distributes DVDs worldwide, excluding the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
The latest deals come on the heels of 9 Story’s appointment of Claudia Balzer Scott-Hansen to the newly created position of VP of distribution.
