Granny O’Grimm, a seemingly sweet old lady, terrifies her little granddaughter at bedtime with her version of the Sleeping Beauty fairytale. In Granny’s retelling, the Elderly Fairy exacts her revenge on a society obsessed with youth and beauty when she is not invited to Beauty’s christening.
Granny O’Grimm’s Sleeping Beauty received an Oscar® nomination for Best Animated Short Film at the 2010 Academy Awards®.
