Explore Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum: The Exhibit

Many of our 9 Story fans are likely familiar with our animated series Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, based on the highly acclaimed children’s book series Ordinary People Change the World by Brad Meltzer and Chris Eliopoulos, which launched on PBS KIDS in 2019. But did you know that thanks to an AMAZING new national traveling exhibit series, created in partnership with The Magic House, St. Louis Children’s Museum, and in collaboration with KIDS Licensing and 9 Story Brands, families and fans can now visit and explore Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum: The Exhibit!

Designed to engage young learners and their families, the interactive exhibit, which features the award-winning show’s signature characters Xavier, Yadina and Brad, and of course, a whole slew of historical heroes, is currently on display at the St. Louis Children’s Museum through to August 20, where it will then set off on its national tour of select children’s museums across the United States.

So, what can museumgoers expect as they travel through time with Xavier and friends in this imagination-stirring experience? Get ready for a time-travelling adventure full of holograms, heroes, and engaging activities that fans of all ages can enjoy. Adventurers enter the Secret Museum exhibit through a hidden portal – just like in the series – and then use a hologram to unlock three different times in history to meet inspirational heroes and learn about their great contributions and actions that helped change the world for the better. For example, attendees might uncover a dinosaur skeleton with paleontologist Mary Anning, discover a secret garden with botanist George Washington Carver, or examine x-rays with chemist Marie Curie. And to cap off the experience, visitors get to travel through a real-life version of the Hall of Heroes! A room filled will more engaging experiences that feature the stories of many of the world-changing historical figures featured throughout the series. Kids and families will not only get to unravel the secrets of heroes from the past, but also learn about how they can be heroes of the present!
