We’re thrilled to share that Season 2 of Rosie’s Rules will premiere on October 6, 2025, on PBS KIDS! The beloved animated series returns with new episodes that continue to follow the adventures of Rosie Fuentes, a curious and hilarious 5-year-old Mexican-American girl who’s figuring out how the world works—one “Rosie’s Rule” at a time.
The news was part of a recent PBS KIDS announcement highlighting a special lineup of programming in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. This curated collection of shows honors the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities across the country.
“We’re excited to see new stories from Alma’s Way and the debut of season 2 of Rosie’s Rules during Hispanic Heritage Month,” said Adriano Schmid, Vice President of PBS KIDS Content, PBS. “Viewers can also catch some of the greatest hits from other PBS KIDS favorites like Arthur, Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, Work It Out Wombats! and more to celebrate the cultures, traditions, and stories of the vibrant communities across our country.”
In Season 2, Rosie’s endless curiosity leads to new and astute discoveries, including “playing pretend can help you understand what something will be like” for when her brother, Iggy, is nervous about going to the doctor, and “being different ages means you’re able to do different things,” for when Rosie tries to make a movie with her siblings. These relatable moments are designed to help kids ages 3–6 explore their own communities and family dynamics.
Season 2 of Rosie’s Rules will also be available in both English and Spanish.
