Go behind the scenes of our little tractor with a BIG heart and uncover the origin story of ‘Get Rolling with Otis‘ in this new featurette from Apple TV+!

‘Get Rolling with Otis’ is our latest CGI-animated preschool series for Apple TV+, based on Loren Long’s bestselling book series, and animated by our award-winning studio Brown Bag Films. The series follows Otis, a kind, adventurous tractor who is so empathetic that his heart literally glows when he rolls into action to help his animal and vehicle friends – like Polly Pup, Daisy the calf, Sal the rooster, Celeste the pig, Louie the sheep, Kevin the pickup truck, Elaine the delivery truck, and Rusty the tractor – on Long Hill Dairy Farm.

Otis models this Compassionate Action behavior in every episode, helping preschoolers to become upstanders in their communities.

 

‘Get Rolling with Otis’ premiered on Apple TV+ on October 8, and, today, a new featurette has been released that goes into the origin story of the new series.

“Empathy is a super power. Loren Long, author and illustrator of the “Get Rolling with Otis” books, and Michele Borba, Resilience and Empathy expert, discuss how characters like Otis teach young children how they can make a meaningful difference.”
